Part Time Teller-- Dundee

What will you be doing?Process check and cash deposits to accounts. Process Savings withdrawals and cash checks.Provide special services as needed, including: redeeming coupons and US Savings Bonds, selling travelers’ checks, issuing Official checks, processing cash advances, coin deposits, coin orders, TT & L payments.Balance teller drawer daily, as well as review teller difference account daily.Balance and replenish ATMs. Includes processing of deposits, and verifying currency in machine.Assist other areas of branch in performing daily tasks, as needed. Including, but not limited to: processing check orders, organizing loan files, verifying account information.Assist in branch sales initiatives. Including, but not limited to: identifying customers for other products, such as investments and loans, and referring them to such; participation in calling programs to new/existing customers; preparation of mailers to new/existing customers.Assist in the opening/closing procedures of the branch, to accommodate dual control.Adhere to all written policies and procedures.Assist other branches in close proximity when staffing levels necessitate.
REQUIREMENTS
What do you need to qualify?High School degree or equivalent.Minimum three to six months teller or cash handling experience preferred.Good figure aptitude and previous experience with any online teller system preferred.Strong customer service skills to provide FAB’s high standard of service.Good communication skills that allows individual to effectively interact with both customers and coworkers.Must have flexible schedule. For Example: An average work week up to 30 hours might consist of 4 week days and 1 Saturday.Must be flexible to travel locally. This position may require assisting other branches within region on a regular basis.
