We are excited to announce that Ohio Community Lending, a division of California-based ComUnity Lending, Inc., is currently hiring Loan Originators in the Lorain/Medina/Western Cuyahoga County area.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to work with the Ohio affiliate of one of the fastest growing mortgage companies in America (ComUnity Lending). For the right person, this may be the opportunity of a lifetime.

There is no state exam to take - and state CEU's are not required.

With Ohio Community Lending, you have the ability to work independently while utilizing all of our firm's resources to assist you every step of the way. A dedicated staff of loan processors is there to see that your business gets closed. All you do is focus on helping more families with the loan origination & sales process.

New to the mortgage business? That's OK. We will train you. You will then be assigned to an experienced loan supervisor (manager) who will coach you and guide you through this exciting and rewarding career.

Our firm offers you the opportunity to learn the mortgage business with us on a part-time basis while working around your current schedule. This way, you will be able to transition into a full-time position with us at your own pace without having to give up the security of your current income stream as you're learning a new career.

Once you have learned the business, there is a potential for a six figure income with our firm - and we will show you exactly how to achieve that income stream when we first meet with you!

In closing, we are not a company that makes money by taking advantage of our clients. We are here to help people! We not only show Middle American families how to consolidate their debts and free up money each month by re-evaluating their mortgage situation; we also show families how to redirect that savings towards their other financial goals with the help of our firm's financial services division. We are currently looking to triple the size of our current North Olmsted office and then begin opening other offices in and around the Cleveland area. That being said, significant advancement opportunity exists within our firm at the present time as well.

REQUIREMENTS
First and foremost, we're interested in people that want to build a career around helping others. If you're not committed to this, or if you'd just take any job that comes along, we're probably not the firm for you. We're looking for people that are looking for us!

Applicants should have the desire to improve a client's financial situation first, and consider their sales commission second.

Applicants must be coachable, teachable and system-driven. We have a system for running our business and we're looking for people willing to learn and embrace our system. Our system is one that is referral-driven and our originators tend to work in warm, referral-based markets as opposed to relying on telemarketing/making cold calls.

Applicants should dress professionally, present themselves well and bring good people skills to the table. High-pressure salespeople should not apply.

Applicants should be self-disciplined and have the ability to work independently while remaining a TEAM player. Athough we allow our employees to work independently, we do require our originators to attend weekly training sessions throughout their career with our firm.

Applicants must go through a full background check. Individuals with criminal histories (other than minor traffic violations) cannot be considered for this position.
