Description:
Establish and maintain customer satisfaction as a priority in all activities. Provides high quality service by processing transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures high levels of safety and soundness in branch environment. Adheres to established security safeguards, procedures and all other bank policies. Skilled at problem resolution. Refers customers accordingly. The Teller will be responsible for processing transactions such as cash and check deposits, transfers, loan payments, bond redemption, cash advances, check cashing, and withdrawals through teller equipment and systems in a timely and accurate manner. Demonstrate a high level of courtesy and efficiency with customers. Continuously work to exceed customer expectations through proactive servicing skills. Know and follow all security procedures to ensure the confidentiality of client information. Support or develop approaches/ideas to improve levels of customer service. Maintain knowledge and adhere to external (regulatory) and internal policies and procedures that govern banking/teller transactions including loss prevention, confidentiality,and KYC (know your customer). Maintain control of assigned keys/combinations; awareness of red flags indicating possible fraud. Consistently maintain open lines of communication both orally and in writing, to customers, management, and other service partners. Offer all available channels (branch, phone, ATM, on-line) to meet the customers' changing banking needs.

Demonstrated customer service skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Exceptional procedural knowledge. Familiarity with bank product knowledge. Familiarity with PC preferred. Some travel may be required. May be required to lift heavy coin as well as stand on feet for a long period of time. Teller assessment testing will begin promptly at 1:30 p.m. Please allow approximately 3 hours to complete the application, assessment testing, and interview.
