PCS - Investment Assistant - 7 & 63 Required

Private Client Services (PCS) provides advice, strategies and solutions for all aspects of the financial, asset management and wealth transfer needs of high net worth clients (our target client segment is $1-25 million in net worth). PCS is dedicated to delivering an outstanding client experience by providing unbiased advice and individual solutions.



As an Investment Assistant, you will review and process investment transactions including presentation preparation, account opening and executing trades. You will handle customer inquiries and aid in resolving customer problems. You will also be expected to handle easy to moderate investment questions working with moderately complex and confidential documents and reports. Additionally, you will act as a local office liaison with National Capabilities partners by providing support for the investment needs of clients. You may assist less experienced Investment Assistants as needed while complying with Federal, State and Internal Regulations and Policies while conducting business on behalf of the Investment Specialist and Private Client Services. Your responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with JP Morgan Securities Inc. and JPMorgan Chase affiliates. You will also prepare correspondence including obtaining principal approval, filing, copying and setting appointments, prepare pre-client meeting agendas, confirmation letters, post meeting follow up letters and any other miscellaneous correspondence. REQUIREMENTS
Minimum/moderate decision making capability. Proficient use of various software packages, including organizational mainframe systems (e.g. SEI, Commercial Loans, etc.). At least 2 years customer service and communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of banking and investment products and services. Strong understanding of internal processes impacting the service of client relationships. Good problem solving skills. Must have the ability to multi task. Developing knowledge of compliance issues and solutions. Quick learner in order to become familiar with business intricacies. High school diploma and Series 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) licenses required.
