Private Client Services (PCS) provides advice, strategies and solutions for all aspects of the financial, asset management and wealth transfer needs of high net worth clients (our target client segment is $1-25 million in net worth). PCS is dedicated to delivering an outstanding client experience by providing unbiased advice and individual solutions.
As a Client Service Associate, you will resolve and respond to routine client inquiries related to the account relationship. You are expected to handle easy to moderate client service questions working with moderately complex and confidential documents and reports. You will also identify cross-selling opportunities and communication leads, act as a local office liaison with National Capabilities partners and become knowledgeable of banking products and services offered. Additionally, you will provide support for the activities of team members in servicing existing relationships with clients and referred prospects. Part of your responsibilities may include assisting less experienced Client Services employees as needed. You will answer phone calls, direct callers, maintain routine calendars as required as well as coordinate scheduling of meetings with existing clients, new prospects and Center of Influence parties. You will also prepare pre-client meeting agendas, confirmation letters, post meeting follow up letters and any other miscellaneous correspondence. Additionally, you will become familiar with preparing reports based on information provided from other team members (e.g. pipeline, at risk/early warning, reporting activities). You will have minimum/moderate decision making capability.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong to exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates knowledge of banking products and services as well as investment and private banking services.Strong understanding of internal processes impacting the service of client relationships.Good problem solving skills.Proficient use of various software packages, including organizational mainframe systems (e.g. SEI, Commercial Loans, etc.).Developing knowledge of compliance issues and solutions.
Learning the business intricacies.
