To provide such high-level products and services to an ever-evolving business community takes dedicated people who are empowered to make a difference.We have an excellent opportunity available for a detail-oriented Paralegal to provide legal support to the banking corporation at our Rosemont, IL headquarters.Under the supervision of the Staff Attorney, this team player will be responsible for the following areas:Preparing, reviewing and analyzing contractual agreements and other related documents.Receiving and reviewing legal notice served upon the banking corporation; taking necessary action to mitigate risk to the banking corporation.Providing counsel to the bank regarding questions on out-of-the-ordinary transactions.Reviewing and preparing insurance policy documents.Preparing claim documents and monitoring the claim process to ensure the corporation's best interest are being met in keeping with the contractual policy agreement.Providing direct supervision to clerical staff to ensure that administrative duties are handled in a lawful and timely manner. REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking an organized professional with the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal departmentExcellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to write on demandStrong analytical skills
