Job Summary - Loan Officers / Loan Originators :
Responsible for converting leads into loans.

Duties Include - Loan Officers / Loan Originators :Originating loans from provided leads and managing them to funding.Corresponding with/or interviewing applicants or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information.Examining, evaluating, authorizing and/or recommending approval of customer applications for residential real estate loan.Compiling loan package and facilitating negotiation of loan structure with applicant, including fees, loan repayment options and other.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements: Loan Officers / Loan Originators:2 years mortgage lending experience.Must have strong sales background.Excellent communication skills.Highly Organized.Strong follow-up.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Must have the ability to multi-task.Computer literate.Mature/experienced and doesn’t want or need to be micro-managed.The need to succeed and ambition to set up a strong and prosperous career with us.
