Outbound Sales Rep

Purpose: Placing telephone calls to potential customers.


Duties:
•Completing all activities necessary to ensure proper processing of the customer request
•Handling overflow of inbound sales-related calls
•Setting up new accounts
•Selling POS equipment
•Cold Calling merchants
•Up-selling cross–selling existence merchants on new products and services
•Sell Check Guarantee
•Sell American Express, Discover
•Maintain 100% of quota on a monthly basisJob Requirements
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Two years of college or equivalent telemarketing experience required
•One year banking or financial services experience preferred
•Three to five years of inside or outside sales experience
•Ability to hit monthly quotas
•Must be able to work in team environment yet be able to work independently to complete daily expectations
