Operations Supervisor-Banking

Immediate temp-hire opportunity for individual in search to work for a dynamic and growth-oriented financial institution.
Individual will supervise 2 associates and the daily operation of a Branch/FSC facility, ensuring prompt and courteous service to all customers. Develop new customers and increase account relationships through an effective business development program. Responsible for effectively administering, within the framework of policies, Branch/FSC activity with accountability for all aspects of performance, including operations and personnel administration. Individual will provide adequate supervision, training and support for all aspects of Branch/FSC operations, including new accounts and teller support, as well as security and contingency planning in addition to other responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
Individual must possess the following:
-Knowledge of financial products and services consistent with five years of experience in a financial institution.
-Knowledge of security, personnel and financial operations policies and procedures consistent with five years of experience in a financial institution.
-Three years of Supervision/management experience
-Excellent verbal, written and problem solving skills
-Ability to conform to policies and procedures, log work activities and handle problems in a manner that is consistent with existing solutions.
-Ability to take action, solving problems while exhibiting good judgment and the ability to reason, even in difficult situations.
