Operations / Planning Assistant
A large, well established and rapidly growing, Clearwater based, independent financial planning firm has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, energetic Operations / Planning Assistant to join our client support team.
This is a key position working with our team supporting several tenured certified financial planners with a very large, existing client base. Some of the responsibilities are creating financial plans, preparing for client reviews, operations support, review trades, running reports, and handling client service calls. This individual must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging and exciting environment.
No cold calling, no sales. Must have knowledge of financial products, services, compliance, and processes. Preferably experienced in similar type role in a retail brokerage or bank brokerage branch operations or compliance. Should possess an enthusiastic, professional phone manner, excellent interpersonal skills, and the desire to work in a professional environment.
