Operations Manager / Project Executive

Our Client, a Top 400 ENR-ranked commercial general contractor, is establishing a new branch office in Northern California and is looking for an Operations Manager.

Position:

They are currently seeking an Operations Manager for their new office. The person would direct the day-to-day operations for the GC and handle strategic planning and forecasting along with recruiting, interviewing and hiring and staff evaluations. Client consulting and proposal participation as necessary. Responsible for the protection and promotion of Company interests.


Candidate Qualifications:

They are looking for an articulate professional who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive. A stable work history with other Top ENR Construction Firms and experience in progressively increasing project size and value. Healthcare/OSHPD experience is a plus. Must have a good work history with no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.

Compensation:
Our Client offers their employees a generous and comprehensive compensation of $100,000 - $150,000, plus bonus potential and a full benefits package, as well as an exciting and challenging work environment.
