Operations / Compliance Officer

One Georgia Bank, a new community bank based in Atlanta, Georgia, seeks to employ professionals who can provide businesses, other professionals and individuals with the highest standard of relationship banking in the marketplace.

As we enter a phase of rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong analytical and communication skills to serve as the main interface between branch personnel and core systems.

Based at our Midtown headquarters, you will use your understanding of our core systems to establish risk management policies and procedures for both front office and back office operations, ensuring that they are appropriate and consistent with corporate requirements. This will include identifying key management activities required to operate within the risk management framework.

You will also serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance, regulatory and administrative issues, working behind the scenes with bank employees, systems product people, and branch managers.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting along with 5+ years of progressive experience in a banking environment, to include demonstrated experience with regulatory agencies, requirement and/or regulatory compliance. You must also have a professional presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task.
