Operations Audit / AVP

Our client, a large International Bank with offices in New York City, seeks an Operations Audit Officer with 5+ years experience at a commercial bank. This individual will be in charge of planning and performing/managing operations audit assignments.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
•Perform/supervise audit assignments covering controls over the firm’s operations infrastructure, focusing on reducing risk and enhancing the control environment.
•Discuss risk & control structure with auditee management
•Communicate findings to the audit committee and auditee
•Supervise, mentor and train audit staff
•Perform Risk Assessment evaluations
•Additional projects directly for Chief AuditorJob Requirements
•5+ years of audit experience, preferably operations audit experience
•Knowledge of controls over program change management
•Certification or industry accreditation a plus
•Bachelors degree a must
