Operations Analyst 4

Wells Fargo Business Direct Operations Strategy Development and Analysis team is seeking an Operations Analyst 4 to join our fast growing team. The successful candidate will process, mine and build reports on large amounts of data on various platforms to support business activities.Major Responsibilities:

Create and maintain reports for various internal and external groups using Cognos ReportNet. Reports include operational performance, portfolio tracking and risk assessment. Need to create and maintain small relationship database for reporting purpose.

Maintain excellent working partnerships with business and technology partners and other data management groups to define business requirements, perform user acceptance testing and implement complex changes.Other duties:

May present report result to management team on regular basis.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:
Four year BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience.

Working experience with business intelligence tools, ReportNet preferred.

Strong SQL data mining skills including PLSQL. Knowledge on relationship database.

Previous experience with financial industry and data analysis.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions independently.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
