Key Job Responsibilities:
Support of the Trading Compliance System, as well as the integration of data providers and their interfaces. Respond to user issues daily and resolve systems issues utilizing internal support or external vendor resources as appropriate. Conduct user training as needed. </DIV>Maintain account and rule information in Trading Compliance System and Restrictions Management Database including setting up of new accounts and necessary contract restrictions, building and testing rules related to new contract restrictions, maintaining account restrictions and hierarchy. Work closely with Compliance and Client Service to identify and resolve specific account issues. Maintain policies and procedures manual.Facilitate the administration of all third party data providers, and the sources and tables that support data elements.Manage projects that facilitate enhancements to the Trading Compliance System and document them procedurally.Provide some daily support and back-up support to Trade Settlements area as needed.Participate in other projects as requested by management.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree required.Two years operations, trading or other industry related experience.Compliance related experience a plus.Series 7 and 63 preferred.Excellent problem solving, analytical, and comprehension skills.Thorough understanding of the investment management business.Concern for quality.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
