You engage the appropriate internal and external partners to ensure world-class service delivery to clients and prepare internal and outbound communications for training, field outreach, and client correspondence. You review and evaluate opportunities to drive service levels across STAR, UBS Service Groups, and external vendors. You assist with and conduct training to define UBS audiences on RMA-related product enhancements. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a professional with a minimum of 4+ years experience in the financial services industry with a strong focus on relationship management, client contact, and internal support. You have experience with credit and debit card functionality and exposure to vendor relations, inbound call/service center operations, and risk management. You multi-task, are proficient in Microsoft Office, and have strong communication skills. You have solid organizational skills and gather, analyze, and translate data. You effectively liaise with and engage multiple levels of UBS management. You seek prompt resolution and manage internal and external expectations of high priority escalations.
