Office Assistant

Placement Pros, the commercial division of Vedior North America (3rd largest staffing organization in the world) has immediate openings for 20 Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) Customer Service Reps positions.

Candidates cannot miss work within the first 90-days; doing so will be grounds for termination. Training is M-F 8-5pm for 3-weeks followed by 2-weeks of OJT from 10am-7pm M-F. The hours of operation are Monday - Saturday 8am-8pm. After training is complete the contractors will be assigned a schedule within the mentioned operational hours.

Act as a primary point of contact for customers via the telephone or computer. Will answer incoming customer service inquires and provide prompt responses to customers regarding credit card accounts, statements, and billing questions, as appropriate. Resolve customer complaints and problems and escalate more complicated inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

This is a contract position that has benefits available after 30 days of employment.

REQUIREMENTS


Requires: High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience, including experience resolving customer complaints and/or problems; strong oral communication skills. Customer service skills required; previous call center experience highly desired. Basic word and math skills are helpful. Candidates will be taking inbound calls from customers and answering questions regarding credit card services. They will need to toggle between several open computer windows and will need to know how to get around the internet to locate additional information.
