As a shipper, you will:
be responsible for stacking, auditing and copying funded loan files for shipping to PPS within 5 days of funded date. In this role you will perform the following functions: stack the file in proper shipping order, review the completed package for accuracy, copy the package in accordance to the sites requirements, maintain a spreadsheet in Excel of all funded files for proper tracking. With cancelled, withdrawn or denied files you will be responsible for the following: copying the package prior to returning it to the Broker, per their request, logging the file onto Excel and file away. You will also be required to send any follow-up documentation to the appropriate destination and whenever necessary, assist the funding department with the stacking of the legal documents received on loans requesting funding for the same day.
REQUIREMENTS
Up to one year mortgage experience preferred or general office work experience required.Basic understanding of business fundamentalsDemonstrates general clerical and typing skillsKnowledge of financial documents preferred.Minimum of a High School diplomaAble to life up to 40 poundsLegible penmanshipKnowledge of basic office equipment Good 10-key skillsProficient in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel)
