Responsible for the accurate and timely verification of all critical data fields on new loans boarded to the servicing system.

1. Completes critical verification process of all new loans boarded to the servicing system meeting department standards.

2. Completes set up of tax and insurance information to ensure timely payment of escrowed items avoiding penalty.

3. Generates monthly billing statement as loans are verified.

4. Ensures loan data is in compliance with State and Federal law

5. Sets up and verifies premium information in compliance with FASB91

6. Notifies the note holder of all outstanding documents from the new loan file and tracks the receipt of documents.


7. Tracks the receipt of escrow funds from correspondents communicating with note holder when not received in a timely manner.

8. Sends correspondence to new borrowers in compliance with Federal Law.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience/Training:
Previous office experience including data entry

Skills:
Attention to detail
Ability to handle high volume
Solid organization and time management skills
Fast accurate data entry
