New Accounts Clerk

Our client, a registered Broker Dealer and licensed insurance agency will hire a New Accounts Clerk at their Westchester location. They are the premier marketer of annuities and mutual funds through banks and are consistently ranked in the top tier of distributors of financial products and services to financial institutions.

The purpose of this position is to review new account forms and insurance carrier applications, which will ensure that complete and accurate information exists. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

•Review New Account applications
•Data entry
•Contact field staff for missing information
•Ability to be a strategic Business Partner with other departments as well as company wideJob Requirements
•Series 7 required, Series 24 preferred
•Mutual Funds and Annuity Products knowledge helpful
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Detail oriented
•Microsoft Office proficiency

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years industry experience.
