REQUIREMENTS:
Sales or mortgage banking experience with verifiable performance
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, phone and communication skills
Effective decision making skills and sound judgment
Customer service, team and goal oriented
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic Windows knowledge and computer experience
TRAINING:
First Omni provides two (2) weeks of professional training at our onsite, state-of-the-art training facility, right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Led by our Corporate Trainer, new bankers are given the appropriate education to start a successful career and quickly develop a customer pipeline. Bankers receive a generous number of new leads during training and the Corporate Trainer helps you develop a customer base for quick commission compensation. In addition to classroom training, each new banker will be involved with Developmental Training and our Mentoring Program. Each new banker is partnered with a seasoned banker to assist them with their new career.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Base salary plus aggressive commission with realistic earning potential over $100K
