Mortgage Wholesale Closing Coordinator

Looking for an entry position into Wholesale Mortgage Banking? Join our Wholesale Mortgage team! We are seeking and individual to perform the following:DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary function of the Scheduling Coordinator is to coordinate the scheduling of closing between Chevy Chase Bank, the Broker and Title Attorney/Agent.
Schedule the loan on our books after receiving a call from the Title Agent/Attorney or Broker.
Monitor scheduling calendar and notify the Closing Team Leader of scheduling when a day is filling up.
Answer general closing questions.
Answer ACD calls promptly and remain available for new incoming calls.
Assist loan Closers and Closing Coordinators as needed.
Assist with refinance calls on a daily basis.
Other duties as assigned by management.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

General office and support experience required and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
Ability to work under tight time frames of a deadline and multi-task and prioritize work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to details.
Ability to work overtime and a flexible schedule when needed (particularly at the end of the month.)
High School diploma or equivalent.
