Mortgage Support Assistant

Purpose:
Our client, a large banking institution, is searching for a mortgage support assistant.

Provides mortgage related administrative support and assistance to supervisor,
mortgage section, and mortgage loan processors and closers. Answers phones for section, providing information and directing
more involved technical inquiries to proper personnel. Greets and directs walk-in traffic. Photocopies loan packages and completed
files. Prepares daily fed ex service. Maintains application and closing logs; prepare weekly activity reports. Sorts and distributes
mail. MUST HAVE atleast one year office experience as administrative. Mortgage/financial/banking experience desired. Excellent
oral and written skills. 25wpm.Classification:ContractCompensation:
