Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Working with top management in setting new company policies and procedures to help achieve company objective and assure legal compliance.
-Recruit, interview, and hire employees.
-Provide training for all field employees
-Set production standards and budgets for supervisors, branches, and individual loan originators.
-Follow field for compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as assure compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Maintain regular contact with Branch Managers to monitor progress in all areas of operation.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years of previous multi-management experience in the sub-prime mortgage industry with a proven track record of success!
