Mortgage Loan Specialist/Loan Officer

webTreeloan, a premier and aggressive growing Atlanta based mortgage lender, is seeking Loan Specialists. Daily responsibilities will include educating consumers on available loan products, structuring and offering low cost loan programs to prime and sub-prime customers and providing excellent customer service.

Qualified candidates will receive a competitive compensation and benefits package which includes, a $30,000 base salary plus monthly bonuses based on closed loans, medical, dental, life insurance, company matching 401k plan, three weeks paid time off, training/education development, career advancement opportunities, employee referral bonus plan, vending machine vouchers, contest incentives, and an upbeat and positive work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should posses the following:
