<bold>Exciting opportunity to fast track into a managment position!</bold>
Participate in this comprehensive and rigorous training program, beginning in December 11, 2006 that is designed to prepare individuals for Assistant Branch Manager or CCC Team Leader roles within the Retail Banking Division.This program offers a blend of on-the-job-training, classroom instruction, group projects and presentations. It is designed to assist those with demonstrated leadership/sales abilities to fast track into a management role!<bold> Expectations of candidates enrolled in this class:</bold>
Successfully acquire and enhance professional management skills to the competency level of Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Contact Center Team Leader.
Successfully acquire professional sales and operations techniques, and fundamental management, supervision and coaching skills via a combination of classroom and field training assignments, projects, and presentations.
Contribute to the achievement of team goals and attain individual goals as assigned.
Ensure customers are serviced in a timely, courteous and efficient manner
Develop and maintain full knowledge and mastery of company products and services.
Develop and maintain professional image at all times and demonstrate a level of knowledge necessary to gain customer confidence.
Upon successful completion of the program, apply for Assistant Branch Manager or Team Leader (Customer Contact Center) in the Retail Banking Division or the Retail Leadership Development Program.
<bold>Qualified applicants will have the following: </bold>
4 year degree
6 months minimum retail sales, banking and/or customer call center experience
Demonstrated, substantial leadership in educational and/or work experience
Ability to learn tasks quickly and retain knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Commitment to realizing career objectives within Chevy Chase Bank
Ability to effectively interact with senior level management.
Travel between CCB office and branch locations required.
