Mortgage Loan OfficersALPHA MORTGAGE USA, a Texas Mortgage Banker, is seeking a few good Mortgage Loan Officers for the Dallas Retail Loan Center.
Must be experienced in A Paper and Subprime lending. Great marketing program that generates top quality leads from our Mortgage Call in Talk Show on ABC radio network through News talk 820 WBAP and 550 KTSA in San Antonio. We are looking for top notch individuals that have a strong desire and drive to succeed. Must be self motivated and possess good, strong communication and customer service skills. The individuals chosen for these positions must believe in a consultative approach and understand how to present Value and Benefit, not rates and fees.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Qualifications:•1 year mortgage experience with Prime, Subprime and Government loans
•Strong sales ability
•Good customer service and follow-up skills
•Good work ethic
•Strong ethical base
•Good communication skills
•Professional appearance
•Ability to adapt to different work environments
•Time management and detail skillsBenefits:For the right individuals, we offer an excellent commission plan with Company paid benefits and a $60,000 to $150,000 earning potential.We have a strong product line and 13 years in our Dallas operation.This is an in-house, 40 hour a week position.
