Responsibilities:
• Responsible for converting leads into loans.
• Enters all leads into database and maintains follow-up system to work leads.
• Handle inquiries from consumers' responding to advertising.
• Identify the customers needs and provides appropriate loan solutions or advice.
• Responsible for all client contact.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with applicants.
• Keep up to date on changes with rules and regulations pertaining to agency, government, and portfolio mortgages as directed by management.
• Maintain a professional image and standard consistent with company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the working knowledge of all products and programs• Responsible for ordering Appraisal and Title Abstract at submission
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
One year experience in mortgage, sales or customer service experience.Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
Must be a self-starter.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent analytical/interpersonal/written and oral communication skills.
Effective decision making skills and possess sound judgment.
Basic computer knowledge and capabilities.
