REQUIREMENTS
Duties: All aspects of the loan origination process, including but not limited to: Taking the initial application through a phone interview. Submitting the application to one of our approved lenders. Competing for the borrowers business by analyzing their credit and financial situation and helping them choose the correct loan program. Processing the file and submitting it to underwriting. Clearing underwriting conditions and preparing the closing. Adhering to all State and Federal regulatory requirements. Making sure that every customer has a positive experience. Skills/Qualifications: Successful Sales Background, Good Computer Knowledge, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Detail Oriented, Very Organized, Great Work Ethic.
