As a Mortgage Loan Officer you will:

Develop referral relationships with realtors, builders, bankers and other sources for the purpose of originating residential loans through ongoing sales efforts

Take mortgage applications using laptop technology, conduct preliminary underwriting reviews, and submit loan applications to processing

Remain front line contact with customer and realtors for follow up documentation needed to approve and close loan

Deepen customer relationships by cross selling other bank products

We are looking for:

Mortgage professionals looking to make a lasting career change

2 years of mortgage sales background, with a minimum of $12 million in annual production

Outstanding communication and organizational skills

A thorough knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements

Familiarity with local, state and national laws that regulate our business
