Mortgage Loan Help Desk

Purpose:
Minimum Required Qualification:

Friendly, strong customer-service skills and good diction a must.
Help desk or call center experience a plus
Familiarity with windows based products and Remedy problem tracking system desired
Knowledge of MS Office applications required, with an emphasis on Word and Excel
Strong administrative skills a must
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks
Ability to analyze and resolve software systems problems desired.
At least two years of providing support/training to end-users (college equivalent of two years information systems degree/courses acceptable).
Mortgage lending experience a plus

Project Duties to be Performed:

Provide 1st tier level support for all incoming calls, e-mails and reassigned Remedy tickets relating to imaging and loan origination systems (LOIS and ALPS) for users ?World?-wide
Troubleshoot and resolve simple to intermediate level software issues related to loans processing in both LOIS and ALPS.
Document and transfer complex issues to 2nd tier level support staff.
Setup user's profiles/grant access to ALPS.
Process requests for access to various ALPS tables.
Perform daily transmissions of flood information and monitor eLynx queues to ensure continuous movement of loan closing packages.
Assist in daily customer contact for EFS connection reports, as required.
