ditech.com offers the consumer a variety of products, including first mortgages, fixed rate second mortgages, variable equity lines of credit and no closing cost option equity seconds. The online capabilities allow the customer to communicate with knowledgeable loan agents from home, work or on the road.

We are currently looking for Mortgage Sales Assistants. The duties include:

• Contacting customers as a follow up, identifying customers needs, and connecting customers with agents.

• Assist agents with customer files, and reviewing/verifying they are complete.

• Review and understanding ditch.com products. Responsible for quoting rates.

• Entering customer information into the system

• Working with processing and/or underwriting when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mortgage experience a plus
• Bi-lingual a plus

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication
skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
