SALES ASSISTANTS AND JR. LOAN OFFICERS

Sales Assistants and Jr. Loan Officers work with our Senior Loan Officers to build relationships with mortgage brokers so as to introduce our small commercial mortgage products. They contact mortgage broker partners by telephone to explain our offerings, gather information and maintain our relationships. They also assist in assembling and checking the file information we need to underwrite mortgage loans, contacting mortgage brokers to get missing information, and they follow up with processors, underwriters and appraisers to regularly check the status of loans in pipeline and highlight issues that must be addressed by the Sr. Loan Officer.
REQUIREMENTS
These positions require 1+ year of recent experience in mortgage sales and a commitment to achieving greater success in sales. Sub-prime mortgage experience is preferred. Commercial mortgage experience is not required. Superior verbal and written communications skills are required.
We offer base salary in the $30,000 range, plus performance bonus based on loans closed per month by the overall team, and comprehensive corporate benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.
