Full Time: Downtown

Oversees and assists in the marketing of Fidelity products in order to provide information for the customer and increase profitability for Fidelity.

Responsibilities include:

identifying possible customer needs
sharing details of products
processing consumer loan applications
responding to customer questions
soliciting business
marketing the branch and completing business development sales calls
create and maintain a strategic marketing plan for the branch in order to provide management with a plan for branch growth and business development activities.
Ensure policies and procedures are in place at the branch.
Communicate with other departments in order to share information and confirm branch responsibilities are fulfilled.
Oversees customer service to increase customer satisfaction. Provide direction and support to the branch staff in order to increase effectiveness of the branch and enhance individual performance.
REQUIREMENTS


Requirements:


Degree in Business related field required, but may be waved in lieu of experience.

Strong oral and written interpersonal communication skills

strong customer service orientation

organizational and supervisory proficiency

ability to operate general office machines including but not limited to computer, 10 key, fax, and copiers

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience with a financial/banking organization

minimum 2 years experience working with the public/customers

minimum of 2 years sales experience required

Road travel within Wichita several times a month required

Occasional road travel outside of Wichita for seminars and meetings

Ability to work flexible and or late hours may be required
