Mortgage Funder/Closers

Prestigious Beaverton area mortgage company is seeking experienced Funders/Closers. The chief responsibility is to prepare disclosures and final documents for closing. Duties include drawing loan documents via use of online document service as well as reviewing docs and forwarding to escrow companies by way of web-post, e-mail and/or overnight mail. Drawing 10-12 docs per day in accordance with lender or investor guidelines is required. Other duties include re-drawing docs as needed, advising production staff of document status, ordering flood certs, updating systems reports, assisting in completion of HMDA reporting, and serving as overflow funder by stacking and auditing signed docs for funding as needed. 1-2 years recent experience in doc drawing is required as is an overall knowledge and understanding of the complete mortgage process. This is a temporary to hire opportunity paying $14.00. This is a Monday - Friday opportunity working 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Apply today!
