In this exciting role as Mortgage Data Analyst, you will use your exceptional analytical and data management skills to help produce mortgage data for delivery to our clients on a monthly basis. You will work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, collecting data from various sources, in various formats, and translating it into a standard format. All throughout this monthly process, you will help ensure the data that LoanPerformance delivers to its clients meets the highest quality standards possible.We have the industry's largest and most robust mortgage securities and servicing databases and provide state-of-the-art analytical tools used by our banking, trading, and securities customers to understand and manage their mortgage portfolios. Our charter is to ensure that our database products remain the broadest, deepest, highest quality and highest value-added resource available in the mortgage industry.Qualifications
Technical or quantitative bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 yrs experience and demonstrated skill manipulating large volumes of data (e.g. mortgage data, investment data or other financial data).
PC proficiency and comfort working with databases.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Solid organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to climb steep learning curves.
Working knowledge of relational database concepts.
Previous work background in banking or financial services a plus; background in the mortgage industry an added plus.Benefits
