Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:* 2 years sales and mortgage experience

Ability to thoroughly comprehend underwriting guidelines, programs, policies and procedures

Ability to effectively communicate to others

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Demonstrated leadership, team building skills, and a successful track record

Sales experience including a proven and verifiable record of developing relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other business referral sources

A good understanding of real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions

A desire to earn a six figure income
