This position provides an individual with the tools and resources to be successful in a career in retail mortgage lending. Mortgage consultants utilize their knowledge of MLN's products and services to secure a loan application or prepare a client proposal while applying their relationship-building skills when responding to client inquiries. Our training program is designed to assist our mortgage consultants in application development, relationship building, negotiation skills, and closing strategies.

Requirements
Position requires a detail-oriented, self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive and exceptional communication skills. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and MS Outlook required. Undergraduate degree preferred; will consider high school education/GE equivalent with demonstrated sales skills.
