Job description:
• Phone-based Sales
• First contact with borrowers—warm leads (no cold calling!)
• Capture business from internet leads and build trusting
relationships with clients.
• Counsel and advise on appropriate loan program by determining
borrower’s needs and their particular financial situation.
• Analyze credit, income, and asset information to issue a pre
approval.
• Lock in interest rate and maintain contact with borrower
throughout transaction.
REQUIREMENTS
• 3 years of sales experience or phone Customer Service PREFERRED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email and
phone)
• Professional, intelligent, dedicated, hard working and
enthusiastic
• Committed to learning and applying new skills
• High standards for yourself and your team members
• Desire to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong computer skills
• Above all a Positive attitude and a strong work ethic!!
