Subprime Home Mortgage Consultant Job Summary
Responsible for soliciting residential mortgages from various sources including realtors, builders, financial professionals, past customers, referrals from prime mortgage consultants and other nontraditional sources: produces non- prime loans which meet WFHM guidelines while providing excellent customer service.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:-2 years sales and mortgage experience/non prime environment

ability to thoroughly comprehend underwriting guidelines, as well as programs, policies and procedures

ability to effectively communicate with others

excellent written and oral communications skills

demonstrated leadership, team building skills, and a successful track record

sales experience including a proven and verifiable record of developing relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other business referral sources

a good understanding of real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions
