Responsible and accountable for approval process of wholesale and correspondent lender accounts nationwide.
Set up Retail Screens and manage database of 45k accounts.
Provide customer service/support to sales staff and production managers.
Create/Modify sales territory numbers/regions/AE's/BSR's list.
Negotiate/execute wholesale broker contracts with inside/outside legal counsel.
Manage broker mgmt's data migration and conversion.
Establish and ensure compliance of internal policies and procedures.
Facilitate internal audits as well as investor audits.
Supervise staff.
Ensure that monthly reports are completed (expired license/A95/A82/pending reports).
Review and sign off on broker files from staff.Essential Skills
Bachelor of Arts degree.
Strong managerial skills including supervising, coaching, developing employees. Ability to evaluate existing processes and determine recommendations for improvement. Good communication and leadership skills required.
Mortgage industry experience a plus.Job Requirements
