Senior Loan Processor

Quality Financial Group, a mortgage lender that is expanding rapidly nationwide, is looking for highly motivated and hard working mortgage brokers. We are the preffered lender for three developments, and will be dealing with a minimum of 50 files on a monthly basis.

Work experience (minimum of 3 years)
Must be able to speak both Spanish and English Fluently
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to multi-task and handle a very high paced environment
Must be extremely analytic, resourceful, and possess sound judgment skills
Superior understanding of mortgage banking procedures and practice.

REQUIREMENTS
Looking for an experienced Senior Loan Processor who is capable to handle diligently atleast 20 files, and be able to supervise both a loan processor and junior loan processor. Additional functions include ideal structuring and registration in automated underwriting system, as well as previewing mortgage files prior to underwriting to ensure quality control compliance, and product eligibility.
