American Heritage Mortgage Group, Inc. has been a licensed mortgage lender for the past three years. During this time period AHMG has taken a three man company into a national company. AHMG is licensed to do business in Florida, Texas, New York, North Carolina, and Georgia. We are we are working on expanding our lending opportunities. In Florida alone we have three active offices with potential growth for two other offices before the end of 2006.

Branch Manager:

Branch managers starting with American Heritage Mortgage Group have the ability to earn up to $6,000.00 signing bonus!!!

This position requires an experienced professional who has a proven mortgage loan origination track record, successful recruiting skills, and management experience, financial understanding of operations, and good communication and management skills.

As a branch manager for the Greater Orlando Area, the job entails many specifics. Duties will include: Hiring and training loan officers to compliance and industry standards. Keeping an active branch pipeline of closable loans every month. Pre-qualifying borrowers. Pre-qualifying loans to lenders. Managing all loans leaving the office for processing to ensure that there are no errors during processing. Training loan officers to network with realtors and other affiliates. Attending all networking events that the company sponsors or provides. Help the company build relationships with other realtors and affiliates. Creating innovative marketing strategies for the company.

As a branch manager for a sizable mortgage company the job can becoming rather demanding. For the Greater Orlando Area, the projected size of loan officers to manage is anywhere between twenty to forty people. The branch manager must keep daily contact with his/her loan officers. The branch manager must also keep a daily activity log for each individual loan officer, to track his/her activities and target areas for the company. The responsibility of the quality of loans being sent to the processing department rests on the branch manager. Branch managers must ensure that the loans coming into the processing area for the company are submitted correctly with accurate figures along with the proper information attached. It is the job of the branch manager to keep the loan officer informed on the status of loans. Branch managers will not process any loans; however they will act as a liaison between the processing department and the loan officer and client.

Senior Loan Officers/Loan Officers:

Senior Loan Officers/Loan Officers are not required to be licensed mortgage brokers. We will train individuals that are ready to work hands on in the competitive home loan industry. AHMG has a competitive commission scale to industry standards. Benefits to becoming a loan officer for AHMG include:

As a Florida licensed Correspondent Lender, we hire and train both licensed and unlicensed loan officers and senior loan officers.

Loan Officers are expected to keep a daily pipeline report and activity log. These logs are to be given and managed by the branch manager. Loan Officers are also expected to show company participation in the several events and sponsorship activities available. Most importantly, loan officers are to keep and maintain an active pipeline of loans.
REQUIREMENTS
Branch Manager:

-MUST HAVE PRIOR MANAGMENT EXPERIENCE!!!

-Proven mortgage loan origination track record.

-Successful recruiting skills (must have the ability to be able to come to the company with experienced loan officers).

-Financial understanding of operations of a mortgage brokerage company.

-Good communication and management skills.

-Industry references.

-Ability to multi-task in and out of the office.

-Must be able to manage a large group of personnel.

Sr. Loan Officers/Loan Officers

-NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, WILL TRAIN!!!!
