This is a demanding position; there are many clients in need of consultative advice from our expertly trained Quicken Loans/Rock Financial Mortgage Bankers, equipped with our state-of-the-art technology.

As a Quicken Loans Mortgage Banker there will be NO COLD CALLS. Our marketing team generates interest in our programs and services nationwide, and furnishes you on a daily basis with inquiries from clients with immediate home financing needs. As a Rock Financial Mortgage Banker you will utilize the strong brand recognition locally to help you build a successful portfolio of clients. Depending on your background and skill set we will work together to determine the right fit for you, as either a Quicken Loans or Rock Financial Mortgage Banker.

Everyday, our Mortgage Bankers:

Consult with and cultivate an on-going financial services relationship with clients through the delivery of world class client service;

Conduct effective interviews and needs analysis;

Conduct credit, underwriting and financial analysis, and assist the client through the loan application process;

Evaluate alternative loan programs and financing options (from a wide range of available programs) that are affordable and that meet the client's needs/objectives;

Educate and advise clients on those alternative loan programs, financing arrangements, and loan pricing options that meets the clients needs/objectives;

Educate and advise clients on the home buying process, the latest in home financing, and how to better manage their mortgage (i.e., the liability side of their personal financial statement);

Assist clients throughout the loan process from application to closing; troubleshoot transaction issues on behalf of the client in order to achieve client's financial goals;

Manage and coordinate others to the transaction (such as real estate agents, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, etc.);

Provide services and originate loans in all 50 states; and

Promote the loan programs and financial services offered by Quicken Loans/Rock Financial.Job RequirementsOur Mortgage Bankers are energetic and enthusiastic because they love what they do and truly care about helping our clients and the team members they work with. In addition to a base salary and incentive package that averages $45,000-$55,000, Mortgage Bankers in their first year, typically receive:
