Mortgage Account Executive I

Account Executives originate quality mortgage loans through broker accounts representative of company and private investor standards. They foster and maintain business relationships with brokers to solicit new business and increase existing business. Incumbents in these outside sales commissioned positions customarily and regularly are engaged in primary responsibilities that are away from the branch office site. Account Executives are responsible for annual production of between $126,000,000 and $180,000,000 through approved brokers of NCM. Activities include the application of Socratic selling methods, the use of the SMART CRM, the development of business plans and the training of brokers.
Job Requirements
High school education or equivalent experience. Three years or more solid origination experience required. Ability to generate an application volume in the range of 35 to 50 accounts. Aggressive, career oriented with the ability to make sales presentations, deliver training and respond to detailed technical inquiries.
