Job Description:

Scope:

Using electronic equipment, seperate currency and checks, count and verify contents of individual customer location daily bank deposits into on consolidated deposit. Prepare change orders by securing the designated denominations from vault supplies of rolled and boxed coin.

1. Open and verify contents of shipment against receipt

2. Seperate checks and currency.

3. Count and verify each shipment.

4. Consolidate multiple location customer deposits.

6. Prepare change orders.

7. Perform other duties as required


Skills & Qualifications:

1. Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write and record numbers.

2. Ability and skill to perform simple computer data entry.

3. Ability and skill using 10-key adding machine by touch.

4. Unrestricted wrist, hand and finger dexterity.

5. Accuracy and speed sufficient to process deposits and change orders.

One-year cash handling experience, preferably as a teller or cashier. PC knowledge and key skills.
