A well known prestigious Credit Union headquartered in Los Angeles County has immediate direct hire job opportunities for experienced Member Services Representatives.

The Credit Union is looking for professionals who have had extensive experience and broad knowledge of member needs and Credit Union products and services.

Member Services Representatives must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience working in a Credit Union as an MSR. In this position candidates will work with Credit Union members servicing their deposit and loan needs. Successful candidates will cross sell Credit Union products and services, process member loan requests, open share accounts, assist members with ATM cards and provide excellent “customer service”. Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Additionally, teller experience and Symitar software experience is required.
