Member Services Representative
Greater Iowa Credit Union is seeking a a part-time Member Services Representative for our Marshalltown branch located at 2504 South 2nd Street, Marshalltown, IA. This position will also provide support to other Greater Iowa branch locations as needed.

Job Description:
Welcomes members and provides routine information and assistance concerning credit union products and services.
Opens and closes deposit and loan accounts.
Processes financial transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, money orders, traveler's checks and cash advances.
Identifies cross-selling opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.

REQUIREMENTS
Member Services Representative
Requirements:
2-5 years of similar or related experience
Cash handling and customer service experience required
Ability to provide accurate, courteous, friendly, and professional service to all members.
Excellent listening skills, ability to cross-sell and meet the member’s needs.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and other Windows based programs.
Professional in appearance, dress and daily demeanor a must.
