Member Service Representative/Tellers

Teller Duties include a wide variety of financial transactions and member requests. 1st on call to greet ECU Members and 1st on call for telephone reception duties.
Cross sell of ECU products and services.
Safe Deposit Box Vault member visits.
Filing, mail, night deposit, print/copy, etc. as needed.
Other duties to be assigned as needs arise.
REQUIREMENTS
Helpful, friendly attitude essential.
Previous financial experience/training and cash handling desirable.
Computer Keyboard entry skills essential.
Technological aptitude is desirable.
Multi-line Telephone System experience.
Accounting knowledge helpful.
Multi-task capability with deadline accountability and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize work assignments and duties efficiently.
Create a positive experience for credit union members and staff.
This work environment requires flexibility, strong teamwork ethics, and good inter-personal skills.
Teller duties require standing for periods of time.
Office functions require some light lifting and repetitive data entry.
