Member Service Rep. I-III (New Accounts/Loan Sales): West Covina

First Financial Credit Union has an opening for full time Member Service Representative I-III at our West Covina branch.

We're seeking motivated individuals to:
- Provide personal, friendly, professional financial services to our members.
- Provide information to members and prospective members on all Credit Union accounts, services and products.
- Promotes and cross-sells products and services, meet any applicable sales targets or goals.
- Operates computer terminal to open/close accounts, verifies balances, and resolves related problems.
- Performs any and all duties of the Cashier Specialist II, and any other duties as assigned.
- Processes retirement account transactions, including contributions, distributions, set-ups, etc.

This is a union position! Attention to detail and computer literate are a must. This is a sales oriented position in which the duties include quarterly referral goals to meet or exceed.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must have:
- At least 1 year loan packaging, loan origination, loan sales, and with accounts experience.
- Must have excellent oral and written communications skills to describe and sell Credit Union products and services.
- Basic math skills to balance accounts, knowledge of general office practices, personal computer skills including Word and Excel.


TSA Member Service Representative I-III:
- Must have a working knowledge of insurance products (Auto, home, and other insurance products).
- Must have skills in computer terminal operations as well as good oral and written communications skills.
- Knowledge of general office practices and personal computer skills including Word and Excel with typing speed sufficient to meet production demands.
- Candidate must have at least 1 or more years of general office practices.

Member Service Representative I-III (FT): New Accounts/Loan Sales:
- At least 1 year loan packaging, loan origination, loan sales, and with accounts experience.

Facilities Specialist I-II (FT):
- Must have a working knowledge of U.S. postal regulations and ability to organize and prioritize daily job assignments.

Card Services Representatives I-III (PT):
- Must have at least 1 year experience servicing Visa & ATM account holders in a Bank or Credit Union.
